  REPLICA OF TRADITIONAL MALAY HOUSE



Description:
 The Melaka Sultanate Palace (a replica of the 15th century Melaka Sultanate Palace) is located at the foot of St. Paul’s Hill. This replica was built based on annotations from the Malay Annals.  These historical records illustrate details of architecture and construction of the Malay Palaces during the reign of Sultan Mansur Syah from 1456 to 1477.

 

ZOO NEGARA



Description:
Zoo Negara Malaysia is managed by the Malaysian Zoological Society, a non-governmental organization established to create the first local zoo for Malaysians. Zoo Negara is now 48 years old and has matured into a well-known zoo all around the world. They have a total of over 5446 specimen from 476 species of mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians and fish.
 


SUNWAY LAGOON


Description: 
Sunway Lagoon is an amusement park in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. It was officially opened by the Prime Minister Tun Mahathir bin Mohamad on April 29, 1993. It features rides in both the water park and the adjacent dry park. The park has slowly been adding rides and play areas, with the aim of substantially improving the attraction by 2008. In late 2008, new parks had been added and had cleaned the place slightly



TAMAN NEGARA


Description: 
 Taman Negara was declared for conservation in 1938 and has become Malaysia's premier national park and the largest in the country covering over 4343 square kilometres (434,300 hectares) of primary forest, spans across three states Kelantan, Terengganu and Pahang - and is situated in the centre of the Peninsula Malaysia. Taman Negara is the most extensive protected area of pristine, lowland, evergreen rainforest in the country.



TURTLE LAY EGGS


Description:
Rantau Abang is about 60 km from Kuala Terengganu, the nearest town is Dungun which is 22km to the south. This place is rather famous as the main nesting beach for turtles especially as one of the six nesting beach in the world for giant leatherback turtle (Dermocheleys coriaca). From May to September in every year, there will be visitors wait patiently and quietly on the beach for the turtle.



PULAU REDANG


Description:
Redang Island, locally known as Pulau Redang or just "Redang" is one of the largest islands off the east coast of Malaysia. It is one of nine islands, which form a marine park, and which offer snorkeling and diving opportunities. Access is from Merang or Kuala Terengganu on boats operated by the resorts. Redang Airport is a small airport with services operated by Berjaya Air from Singapore (Changi Airport) and Kuala Lumpur(Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport).



GENTING HIGHLANDS


 Description:
Genting Highlands is an integrated resort development comprising hotels, casinos and a theme park in Pahang, perched on the peak of Gunung Ulu Kali at 1,800 meters high. Nestled near the border of Selangor within an hour's drive from Kuala Lumpur (about 50km), Genting Resort presents a popular weekend getaway from the city heat, conveniently connected by the Karak Highway and major trunk roads, along with a cable car service from the satellite town of Gohtong Jaya. SULTAN ISMAIL PETRA ARC



Description:
One of the most prominent structures in Kota Bharu is the elegant Sultan Ismail Petra Arches which located at the Kota Sultan Ismail Petra. The arches are a beauty and adorned with Quran. Islamic influence is highly presence in its design. This timber arch commemorates the declaration of Kota Bharu as a cultural city. It faces the main town square, Independence Field. The Grand Palace was built by Sultan Muhammad II who wanted a new palace to replace his old residence on the banks of the Kelantan River. It later became the home of several sultans who ruled the state.



ECO TOURISM


Description: 
Ecotourism is a form of tourism involving visiting fragile, pristine, and usually protected areas, intended as a low-impact and often small scale alternative to standard commercial (mass) tourism. Its purpose may be to educate the traveler, to provide funds for ecological conservation, to directly benefit the economic development and political empowerment of local communities, or to foster respect for different cultures and for human rights. Since the 1980s ecotourism has been considered a critical endeavour by environmentalists, so that future generations may experience destinations relatively untouched by human intervention.



ALAM SHAH MOSQUE


 Description:
The Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Mosque  is the state mosque of Selangor, Malaysia. It is located in Shah Alam. It is the country's largest mosque and also the second largest mosque in Southeast Asia after  Istiqlal MosqueJakarta in, Indonesia. Its most distinguishing feature is its large blue and silver dome. The mosque has four minarets, one erected at each of the corners.



TAMAN ALAM


Description:
Taman Alam has several chalets, huts and a hostel for guests to spend the night at Kuala Selangor Nature Park, but expect basic level accommodation without any frills or luxury. The chalets and huts can be reached from the visitor center in less than a minute, while the hostel is perched a little further back facing Taman Ikan. The Nature Park has no restaurants, but it provides catering upon request (min 20 pax), while the dining hall can be rented for MYR300 per day.



BATU CAVES


Description:
Batu Caves, is a limestone hill, which has a series of caves and cave temples, in the Gombak district, 13 kilometres (8 mi) north of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It takes its name from the Sungai Batu or Batu River, which flows past the hill. Batu Caves is also the name of the nearby village.
The cave is one of the most popular Hindu shrines outside India, dedicated to Lord Murugan. It is the focal point of Hindu festival of Thaipusam in Malaysia.



KLCC


 Description:
 The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre is located in the Kuala Lumpur City Centre, fondly known as KLCC. Designed to be a "city within a city", this 40 hectare (100-acre) site includes the KLCC park and PETRONAS Twin Towers to lend a prestigious address to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.



SEPILOK ORANG UTAN REHABILITATION CENTRE



Description: 
The Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre was established in 1964 to return orphaned "apes back to the wild. The centre was being administered by the wildlife section of the Forestry Department which in 1988 was upgraded as a department under the Ministry of Tourism and Environmental Development. All administration and management was given to the new Wildlife Department of Sabah.
